Products liability law focuses on defective products that pose hazards because of improper manufacture or design or because the warnings that accompany the products are inadequate.  We represent those injured by such products, which might include machinery, tools, prescription medicine and drugs, e.g., Vioxx, medical devices, toxic chemicals (including pesticides), automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles, automobile tires, seat belts, airbags, and household products, such as, Enterobacter sakazakii ("E. sak") infant formula contamination.
