Gainsburgh, Benjamin is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys were selected for inclusion in the 2009 issue of Louisiana Super Lawyers magazine. Robert J. David was selected in the category of plaintiff medical malpractice litigation; Gerald E. Meunier was selected in the category of class actions / mass torts and plaintiff personal injury litigation; Irving J. Warshauer and Stevan C. Dittman were selected in the category of plaintiff personal injury litigation.

The selection process was based upon the results of votes cast by active attorneys in Louisiana.
