On December 17, 2019, Irving J. Warshauer participated in a CLE presentation during NOBA’s year-end Procrastinators Program. Along with a highly regarded local defense lawyer and The Honorable Nicole Sheppard, Irving’s panel discussed “Professionalism in Trial Practice – Views from the Bench and Bar.”

Eastern District of Louisiana’s 2nd Biennial Federal Bench and Bar Conference

On October 25, 2019, Gerald Meunier participated in a panel presentation at the EDLA’s biennial bench and bar conference on a panel regarding MDL litigation. The panel included a local defense lawyer and members of the EDLA bench.

CLE Presentation to Local Younger Lawyers

On October 16, 2019, M. Palmer Lambert presented to group of approximately 100 younger lawyers at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “Bridging the Gap” seminar. Palmer presented to the group on “Personal Injury” law from the perspective of a plaintiff litigator, along with a co-presenter from a local defense firm. The presentation included a start-to-finish demonstrative of various stages of a personal injury case from intake to resolution.
